I made 2 x withdrawals, one for £365 and one for £354, using the same card that I used to make the deposits and I have had 2 x overnight emails both stating that the withdrawals have failed. Within the mail they refer to a card which is different to my card details and I don't know why they would make such a mistake?.
I have logged a complaint and responded to the emails sent regarding the failed withdrawals yet I am to receive a response. This is a terrible experience and Miami Dice need to evaluate their processes and/or cease trading as they do not offer a safe place for customers.
I have read many complaints on this site regarding the same thing and I am going to escatle this to the gambling commission if Miami Dice do not cooperate, respond and complete my withdrawal requests
