I have sent the requested verification details 4 times already twice from different emails to both email addresses provided by themsleves- they give you the speil that you will recieve a response in 30-60 mins with a ticket number and we will process your withdraw in one -three days - i have sent the bank statement , my o2 bills to prove payment a screenshot of my payment - now i ring them and they tell me they have the bank statement and the screenshot but they dont have the o2 bills but i know they have because all the emails contained all three and they are deliberately stalling the issue to not pay out - i appreciate they want to make sure its me , and the deposits have been paid etc and i have done more than enough to do this and i just feel that they are going to drag this out for the 60 day period so they can refuse my withdrawal
