I won on m fortune and cashed out. Then I read a load of complaints about how people were cashing out but never receiving their money. I looked into it and there and hundreds if not thousands of exactly the same problem. M fortune will not let you cash out without either stealing the entire cash out balance back for themselves, or paying you a fraction of what you actually cashed out and then making up some bs story and mugging you off. The customer service is absolutely appalling!!! Anyway, I contact m fortune and enquire about what date I should receive my winnings, I was told a date. The date came and went without receiving any of my winnings. So I rang m fortune again and stated I still hadn't received me winnings. M fortune then told me that my withdrawal had been reversed and my winnings had been spent. Then refused to help me in anyway. They stole my winnings and tried to make out I had done it myself. Absolutely disgusting service and is %100 a scam!!! Avoid at all costs because you will get scammed, ripped off, stollen from and then when you complain the staff take the mick out of you because they know there nothing you can do. M FORTUNE is a scam!!! The authoritiesneed to do something about the illegal activity MFrotune is undertaking.
