Delayed payment, sick and tired or waiting
It’s been such a dragging long process with mfortune to get my money. I withdrew £172.60 to PayPal and then had to go through a long verification process were I had to send several identification to confirm my identity, address, PayPal etc. Once that was accepted and confirmed, I withdrew my payment of £172.60 on 02/11/2018 and received a text saying congratulations your withdrawal has been processed and it’ll take 1-4 working days to reach me. After waiting over a week, it was put back into my mfortune account rather than in my PayPal. I mean wth how is that even possible because I didn’t reverse payment or anything. I then withdrew again on 12/11/2018 and received the same text congratulation your withdrawal has been processed and should reach you within 1-4 working days. I hadn’t received it within that time frame so I emailed mfortune and they said:
‘Dear Emily,
Thank you for your e-mail regarding withdrawals.
As advised in our previous response, we are pleased to confirm that your payment for £172.60, was processed on the 12.11.2018.
We do advise that once the payment has been processed this then becomes out of our control and down to PayPal's processing procedures, which as a guideline can take between 1-4 working days.’
Okay so I then contacted PayPal regarding this and they told me payment through PayPal is instant so I think mfotune are just holding my money. I’m sick and tired of waiting, it’s been over a month this process has been going on. I need help.
