I am waiting on a payment of £4000 pound from mfortune. Every time I have contacted them they keep telling me I have been escalated and will hear from them soon after they have reviewed my verification which to me seems like they are delaying to avoid paying out.

I played slots on Mfortune on 23rd December 2018 after depositing transactions from my partners paypal which he was fully aware of. I made a withdrawal of £4000, (Eight £500 transactions) to the paypal account I used to deposit.

Mfortune contacted me and asked for many types of verfication. My identification, my partners identification, utility bill or council letter, a paypal transaction identication, my partners paypal statement, my bank statement for the last 3 months, my partners bank statement and wage slip for proof of wealth which have all been sent and had emails to confirm they have been approved.

The withdrawal got passed on to MFortunes payment team on the 28th December 2018 and still not received any payment nor any text message to say it is processing.

After phone calls, emails and many live chats I keep getting told my withdrawal is getting reviewed and has been escalated for the last two weeks. I'm getting rather frustrated as they took my deposits without a problem.

Mfortune have also deactivated my account.

Hi SamBrook91

We are sorry that you have not yet received your withdrawal.

We have reviewed your account and we can confirm your account is undergoing some final security checks with our payments team.

Upon providing your identification we were made aware that all deposits were made using a third parties PayPal account due to this we have to be more vigilant when requesting identification and processing withdrawals.

We have liaised with our payments team who have now processed the amount. We do advise this can take 1-4 working days to reach the PayPal account.
