I summited a withdrawal at mfortune on the 8/02/2021. Customers services requested additional documents which I supplied then I heard nothing even tho I went on live chat every day for updates to no avail. I finally got a customer service agent on the 19/02/2021 who told me my account was in review and my withdrawal would be processed on the 24/02/2021. It is important to note I have abided by all terms and conditions and have never accepted any bonuses. I attempted to login in today to get an update on my withdrawal to find that I can not access the site as my account has been banned. Customer service will not awnser and I fear I may of been scammed my this company. I will attach my withdrawal screenshots and conversation screenshots with customer service agents. The outcome of this complaint is to get my £6000 withdrawal.
