Hi, I had placed a withdraw of amount 29250 rupees in muchbetter ewallet, usually ewallet withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 48 hours. But already 80 hours gone till now I have not received my withdraw. When I try to contact their customer care they tell me that I have placed withdraw in visa MasterCard so wait for 7 days but I have not placed any withdraw in card so I will wait for? I had placed withdraw in muchbetter ewallet. Please help me to get my withdraw. Even their customer care do not reply properly. Even I have tried to meant them that I have not placed any withdraw in card, I had placed withdraw in muchbetter ewallet but they do not reply properly. Please sir help me to get my withdrawal.

Issue with withdrawal methods with no clarity or transparency

I had the worst experience with MelBet.

I created my account, completed KYC verification, and everything was going fine until I tried to withdraw.

I deposited $20 via Visa, and my current main account balance is $66.50. The separate $20 bonus was already lost and is not the money I am trying to withdraw.

When I tried to withdraw, the withdrawal methods applicable to my account were disabled/greyed out. I contacted customer support and repeatedly received the same answer: “technical issues,” with no specific explanation or timeframe.

I then checked another account belonging to a friend who was physically with me, and the withdrawal methods were available on his account. This made it particularly unclear why my account could not withdraw.

I contacted customer support again, and the experience was extremely frustrating. I was given no meaningful explanation or solution. During one conversation, the agent eventually hung up while I was asking her not to.

I have contacted MelBet by email and am still going back and forth trying to get a clear explanation.

All of this happened on my first day using MelBet. I have already spent approximately $10 on international calls trying to resolve an issue that should have been straightforward.

I am not asking for special treatment. I simply want to know why withdrawals are disabled on my account and what I need to do to withdraw my legitimate balance.

I will update this review if the issue is actually resolved.

Melbet is such a worst platform when it comes to withdrawing your money. They keep declining your withdrawal due to technical issues.

On 20/08/2026 I have made a withdrawal request of 5500, and it says it was processed successfully but it never received it.

I raised a payment query which they keep saying is under review without any timeline. Customer Service just keep giving vague answers.

I would request my case be looked at priority as it's been close to 10 days now.

Hello AskGamblers Team,

I am filing a complaint against Melbet Casino.

On 06/08/2026 and 08/08/2026, I made 3 deposits totaling 152 MAD to my Melbet account, username 1761186753.

Bank transaction references are: 385772818, 385772906, 386580675.

My bank status shows EXECUTED, meaning the money has left my account.

I contacted Melbet support. They replied by email that the transfers are valid, but they refuse to credit my casino account.

They also deleted the deposit method from my app, and live chat is only a bot that repeats the same message.

This is clear fraud and theft. I am asking you to please force Melbet to credit my wallet number: 007270001276870030003255 with 152 MAD immediately.

Ticket 20018469 has WRONG amount 2000 PKR and is locked. No option to reply.

Withdrawal Delayed And No Answer

I am submitting this complaint regarding Melbet because my withdrawal request of 775,000 IQD
(Request Number: 5106467549) for account ID
1609340831 has been unjustly delayed and blocked.
I have already submitted all required verification documents and identification as requested, but my funds remain completely stuck and I cannot withdraw them. Furthermore, I have sent multiple emails to their support and security teams, but I have received no proper response or resolution to help me release my money.

Withdrawal delayed despite submitting all requested documents

I successfully completed all required wagering and requested a withdrawal. Instead of processing my withdrawal, Melbet has repeatedly requested verification documents.
The verification process happened in the following order:
First, I was asked to provide clear color photographs of both sides of my national ID.
I submitted high-quality color photos exactly as requested.
After that, Melbet requested the original e-Aadhaar PDF downloaded from the official UIDAI government website.
I downloaded the original e-Aadhaar from the official UIDAI website and submitted the password-protected PDF together with the correct password.
I have fully cooperated with every verification request and submitted every document promptly. Despite this, my withdrawal has remained pending for over one month.
I believe I have fulfilled all reasonable KYC requirements. If any additional document is genuinely required, Melbet should clearly explain the reason instead of keeping my withdrawal pending indefinitely.
I respectfully request AskGamblers to investigate this case, review the attached email conversation showing the sequence of document requests and my responses, and ask Melbet to complete the verification and process my withdrawal without any further unnecessary delay.

Hello. My Melbet ID is 839388451. I have a balance of 10,000 USD on my account. When I try to withdraw my funds, I get an error "Document request".

I have already sent all requested documents (passport, selfie with passport, payment confirmations) to [email protected] more than 10 times. However, the security team keeps finding groundless excuses to delay the verification process and refuses to release my legally won money.

All provided documents are fully valid, belong to me, and my profile is registered under my real name. I request the AskGamblers team to intervene and help me get my account verified and my funds withdrawn. I am ready to provide all screenshots and proof to the moderators.

Withdrawal been 17 hours nothing arrived yet

I am writing regarding a withdrawal issue I experienced with my Melbet account.

On 11/06/2026 at 00:52, I requested a withdrawal via Instapay, but although it has been about 19 hours, the money has still not reached my account. My withdrawal is linked to the transaction/account reference number 1255373947.

In addition, I have several other withdrawal transactions that I am expecting to receive: transaction №4930436725 to withdraw funds in the amount of 18,398.00 EGP, transaction №4930435443 to withdraw funds in the amount of 22,000.00 EGP, transaction №4930428955 to withdraw funds in the amount of 15,600.00 EGP, and transaction №4930415145 to withdraw funds in the amount of 18,600.00 EGP.

Until now, all of my previous withdrawals from Melbet have been processed immediately, so this delay is unusual and worrying for me. I contacted your customer support about the situation and was only told to wait, without any clear explanation of the reason for the delay or an estimated time for completion.

Melbet Cash Agent Withdrawal Issue Pending for Over 140 Days Melbet ID 816469381

I am submitting this complaint regarding a long pending withdrawal issue with Melbet involving an amount of LKR 50,000.
I requested the withdrawal through a Melbet cash agent (“Badulla, Hidagoda 24/7”), but the amount was never credited to my bank account. Since the beginning of this issue, I have fully cooperated with Melbet support and payment teams and submitted all documents they requested, including certified bank statements covering the relevant dates.
This issue has now remained unresolved for almost four months despite numerous follow-ups and repeated assurances that the matter was under investigation by their payment specialists.
During this period, I had to visit the bank multiple times during working hours and take leave from my employment in order to obtain certified statements and supporting documents requested by Melbet. The process has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
I also experienced aggressive and unprofessional behavior from the cash agent involved while trying to resolve this issue.
Despite providing all requested evidence and maintaining communication through the same official support ticket, I still have not received a proper final resolution regarding the disputed withdrawal amount.
I respectfully request assistance in reviewing this matter and helping to obtain a fair resolution regarding the pending withdrawal.
