Hi, I had placed a withdraw of amount 29250 rupees in muchbetter ewallet, usually ewallet withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 48 hours. But already 80 hours gone till now I have not received my withdraw. When I try to contact their customer care they tell me that I have placed withdraw in visa MasterCard so wait for 7 days but I have not placed any withdraw in card so I will wait for? I had placed withdraw in muchbetter ewallet. Please help me to get my withdraw. Even their customer care do not reply properly. Even I have tried to meant them that I have not placed any withdraw in card, I had placed withdraw in muchbetter ewallet but they do not reply properly. Please sir help me to get my withdrawal.

For additional information I am saying that my melbet registered mail id is ''samr­atb­abp­yna­@gm­ail.com" and registered name is "Payel Kundu".I am also submitting some screenshot of my transaction of withdraw status,I had placed withdraw via muchbetter ewallet and in ewallet withdrawal proccesing time is upto 48 hours but already 5 days gone till now I have not received my withdrawal.When I contacted their customer care they tell me that my withdraw is in process but already proccesing time is over so where is my withdrawal,please help me to get my withdrawal.

Hi,Now they are replying that withdraw in bank card may take upto 7 days but I have not placed my withdraw in bank card,I have placed withdraw in muchbetter ewallet but they are replying the same.Please help me askgambler to get my withdrawal and contact melbet so that they reply to my complaint.Here I am giving some screenshot of their reply in mail.
