I want to complain about an issue with MelBet VIP Cashback.

I have VIP Cashback Diamond level and I normally receive cashback daily. Suddenly, I was told to wait 8 days. After those 8 days passed, the waiting period was extended by another 6 days. Now I can see my cashback amount, but I still cannot claim it.

During this whole period, I did not win any money. I only made deposits and lost money.

I have contacted support several times. They say they know about the problem and are working on it, but they cannot tell me how long it will take.

How can such a large platform have such a long-lasting problem? How many customers are affected and how many people are angry about this situation?

At this point, I honestly feel that this is no longer just a technical issue. In my opinion, this looks like a scam.

The reason was that my video and images failed to upload on your website because the file names were in Arabic, so you received the complaint with no evidence. Details of the issue:

On 10 July 2026 I received a Weekly Cashback of 667.59 SAR into my Melbet account. On the same day I contacted Melbet live support to ask if I can withdraw it. Agent Wadih confirmed clearly that the 667.59 SAR cashback is withdrawable and does not require wagering. I have a screenshot of this chat and it is also visible in the video. Shortly after that confirmation, the 667.59 SAR disappeared completely from my account without any bet or withdrawal from my side. My main balance became only 0.15 SAR. When I contacted support again, they changed their statement and said it was a bonus and expired, which contradicts the first confirmation.

What the evidence shows:

Video file is a full screen recording. It shows my account balance with 667.59 SAR cashback, then I open the cashback history, then I open the chat with Wadih where he says it is withdrawable, then I refresh and the balance is 0.15 SAR and the cashback is gone. Screenshot 1 shows the cashback 667.59 SAR credited. Screenshot 2 shows the chat with Wadih confirming it is withdrawable.

My request: Please contact Melbet and ask them to return the 667.59 SAR to my account as it was confirmed to be withdrawable before it disappeared.

I had the worst experience with MelBet.

I created my account, completed KYC verification, and everything was going fine until I tried to withdraw.

I deposited $20 via Visa, and my current main account balance is $66.50. The separate $20 bonus was already lost and is not the money I am trying to withdraw.

When I tried to withdraw, the withdrawal methods applicable to my account were disabled/greyed out. I contacted customer support and repeatedly received the same answer: “technical issues,” with no specific explanation or timeframe.

I then checked another account belonging to a friend who was physically with me, and the withdrawal methods were available on his account. This made it particularly unclear why my account could not withdraw.

I contacted customer support again, and the experience was extremely frustrating. I was given no meaningful explanation or solution. During one conversation, the agent eventually hung up while I was asking her not to.

I have contacted MelBet by email and am still going back and forth trying to get a clear explanation.

All of this happened on my first day using MelBet. I have already spent approximately $10 on international calls trying to resolve an issue that should have been straightforward.

I am not asking for special treatment. I simply want to know why withdrawals are disabled on my account and what I need to do to withdraw my legitimate balance.

I will update this review if the issue is actually resolved.

Melbet is such a worst platform when it comes to withdrawing your money. They keep declining your withdrawal due to technical issues.

On 20/08/2026 I have made a withdrawal request of 5500, and it says it was processed successfully but it never received it.

I raised a payment query which they keep saying is under review without any timeline. Customer Service just keep giving vague answers.

I would request my case be looked at priority as it's been close to 10 days now.

My account was permanently closed by Melbet. I have contacted their security department multiple times but have not received a satisfactory explanation or solution.

All funds deposited into the account were made using my own payment method. The total amount deposited is approximately 4000 MAD.

I respectfully request either:

1. Reopening my account and allowing me to withdraw my balance; or

2. Refunding my deposited funds to the original payment method.

I have attached all relevant communications and proof of deposits for review.

I am writing regarding a withdrawal issue I experienced with my Melbet account.

On 11/06/2026 at 00:52, I requested a withdrawal via Instapay, but although it has been about 19 hours, the money has still not reached my account. My withdrawal is linked to the transaction/account reference number 1255373947.

In addition, I have several other withdrawal transactions that I am expecting to receive: transaction №4930436725 to withdraw funds in the amount of 18,398.00 EGP, transaction №4930435443 to withdraw funds in the amount of 22,000.00 EGP, transaction №4930428955 to withdraw funds in the amount of 15,600.00 EGP, and transaction №4930415145 to withdraw funds in the amount of 18,600.00 EGP.

Until now, all of my previous withdrawals from Melbet have been processed immediately, so this delay is unusual and worrying for me. I contacted your customer support about the situation and was only told to wait, without any clear explanation of the reason for the delay or an estimated time for completion.

I kindly request that my withdrawal with reference 1255373947, as well as the withdrawals under transaction numbers №4930436725, №4930435443, №4930428955, and №4930415145, be processed as soon as possible and that I am provided with a clear explanation for this delay, as I am used to receiving my payments immediately.
