Withdrawal NPR 4500 not received yet

On 2026-04-19 I requested withdrawal of NPR 45000 from my Melbet account ID 1578412535.

Today: 2026-05-05 = 16 DAYS completed
eSewa 9827948473: ZERO RECEIVED

Melbet uses local agents for Nepal. My withdrawal was assigned to an agent operating from Biratchowk Gorey Market. He marked the transaction COMPLETED in Melbet app but did not send money. He has now absconded and blocked me on Telegram.

I contacted Melbet support for 16 days via email and live chat. On 2026-05-05 I received a stalling reply: "We have no exact timeframe... concerned department is working". After 16 days this response proves deliberate negligence.

Evidence:
1. Melbet app screenshot showing COMPLETED status with date 2026-04-19 and Txn ID 4743167311
2. eSewa account statement from 2026-04-19 to 2026-05-05 showing no credit of NPR 45000
3. Telegram chat screenshot proving agent blocked me
4. Stalling email from Melbet support dated 2026-05-05

Melbet is responsible for its payment agents. COMPLETED status means Melbet confirms funds were released, yet I received nothing for 16 days. This is theft.

Request: Full refund of NPR 45000 from Melbet company funds to my eSewa 9827948473 immediately.

I have already stated: I do NOT have a bank account. I use eSewa/Khalti only.

Demanding a bank statement when I have no bank is impossible and is a delay tactic.
The burden of proof is on YOU, not me.

You claim agent paid me 11,050 + 22,300 NPR.
If this is true, provide UTR/Transaction ID for both payments immediately.

Without UTR ID, your claim cannot be verified. Screenshots or Excel sheets are not proof.
UTR is the only official bank proof.

I never authorized agent for withdrawal. This is agent fraud.
Agent = Casino partner. Casino = 100% responsible.

Refund 45,000 NPR to my eSewa/Khalti ID now.
I will not provide fake bank documents I do not have.

Melbet Cash Agent Withdrawal Issue Pending for Over 140 Days Melbet ID 816469381
I am submitting this complaint regarding a long pending withdrawal issue with Melbet involving an amount of LKR 50,000.
I requested the withdrawal through a Melbet cash agent (“Badulla, Hidagoda 24/7”), but the amount was never credited to my bank account. Since the beginning of this issue, I have fully cooperated with Melbet support and payment teams and submitted all documents they requested, including certified bank statements covering the relevant dates.
This issue has now remained unresolved for almost four months despite numerous follow-ups and repeated assurances that the matter was under investigation by their payment specialists.
During this period, I had to visit the bank multiple times during working hours and take leave from my employment in order to obtain certified statements and supporting documents requested by Melbet. The process has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
I also experienced aggressive and unprofessional behavior from the cash agent involved while trying to resolve this issue.
Despite providing all requested evidence and maintaining communication through the same official support ticket, I still have not received a proper final resolution regarding the disputed withdrawal amount.
I respectfully request assistance in reviewing this matter and helping to obtain a fair resolution regarding the pending withdrawal.
