Melbet Casino - Unable to withdraw my winnings

Melbet are refusing to allow me to withdraw any of my €20,000 balance having deposited €5084.08.

After initially advising me that my withdrawal (using the same method as my deposit) would be processed in 15 minutes it was later cancelled without explanation. I was unable to get a response from Melbet using the telephone number advertised on the website.

Eventually email correspondence from Melbet requested ID, I submitted a notarised and apostilled copy of the front and reverse of my government issued photo ID.

This was rejected and a photograph of the ID was requested, I promptly replied with the requested photographs.

Then a copy of my debit card was requested, even though I had only made a €1 deposit using it and was not seeking to withdraw via that method.

I sent a notarised and apostilled bank statement stamped from the issuing bank branch, this was not good enough. I had to send a online PDF extract of my bank statement.

Since then there has been no further communication via email or telephone despite my protests and I am still unable to withdraw any of my balance.

Player successfully withdrawal his money 27/03/2020.
He passed standart procedure of verification according the rules.
