They reject my withdrawal

Hi,

I have deposited 300 sek (31 USD) to Melbet.com using Mastercard. I had some luck at the casino and ended up with 11 000 sek (1167 USD) that i wanted to withdraw. But for some reason my withdrawals have been rejected with the message: "(Denied by operator (Payment processing error))". I have spoken to the live-chat who havent been very helpful, only saying that i have to deposit using another method in order to be able to withdraw. But i tried to deposit with neteller, as they said, but that didn't work either (Rejected by operator). They keep dodging my questions and says that i should send e-mail which i have done, without getting answer.

Therefore i am here submitting a complaint. I want to withdraw my winnings with Mastercard because on the site it is a valid way of withdrawal, and why does it say its valid if it isn't? Please help me Askgamblers.

Okey. But neteller is an alternative way that should work, right? But i can try ecopayz aswell, but then again, it will say that i can't withdraw using another method because i will have to withdraw using the same method that i deposited with?

Hello there! The refusal is not on our part, but on the part of your Bank which does not accept the payment.I ask you to use an alternative way, you can use Ecopayz, Perfectmoney, Strictpay

Melbet Cash Agent Withdrawal Issue Pending for Over 140 Days Melbet ID 816469381

I am submitting this complaint regarding a long pending withdrawal issue with Melbet involving an amount of LKR 50,000.
I requested the withdrawal through a Melbet cash agent (“Badulla, Hidagoda 24/7”), but the amount was never credited to my bank account. Since the beginning of this issue, I have fully cooperated with Melbet support and payment teams and submitted all documents they requested, including certified bank statements covering the relevant dates.
This issue has now remained unresolved for almost four months despite numerous follow-ups and repeated assurances that the matter was under investigation by their payment specialists.
During this period, I had to visit the bank multiple times during working hours and take leave from my employment in order to obtain certified statements and supporting documents requested by Melbet. The process has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
I also experienced aggressive and unprofessional behavior from the cash agent involved while trying to resolve this issue.
Despite providing all requested evidence and maintaining communication through the same official support ticket, I still have not received a proper final resolution regarding the disputed withdrawal amount.
I respectfully request assistance in reviewing this matter and helping to obtain a fair resolution regarding the pending withdrawal.

On 2026-04-19 I requested withdrawal of NPR 45000 from my Melbet account ID 1578412535.

Melbet uses local agents for Nepal. My withdrawal was assigned to an agent operating from Biratchowk Gorey Market. He marked the transaction COMPLETED in Melbet app but did not send money. He has now absconded and blocked me on Telegram.

I contacted Melbet support for 16 days via email and live chat. On 2026-05-05 I received a stalling reply: "We have no exact timeframe... concerned department is working". After 16 days this response proves deliberate negligence.

1. Melbet app screenshot showing COMPLETED status with date 2026-04-19 and Txn ID 4743167311
2. eSewa account statement from 2026-04-19 to 2026-05-05 showing no credit of NPR 45000
3. Telegram chat screenshot proving agent blocked me

Melbet is responsible for its payment agents. COMPLETED status means Melbet confirms funds were released, yet I received nothing for 16 days. This is theft.

Systematic Withdrawal Rejections and Contradictory Support Information

I am filing this complaint against MelBet (Account ID: 827048497) regarding my balance of $4,220.77. Since April 23, 2026, every single withdrawal request I made has been manually 'Declined by operator'.

I have contacted their support multiple times and received contradictory information:

Agent 'Khaled' originally promised the withdrawal would proceed.

Agent 'Clancy' asked me to wait 12-24 hours for a technical update.

An email from 'Dorothy' claimed my withdrawals were rejected due to 'transaction limits' and advised me to withdraw in small portions.

However, even when I attempted to withdraw a small amount of $100 as instructed, the request was immediately rejected by the operator. Currently, agent 'Bailey' states the issue is 'under review' with no specific timeframe.

It is clear that the technical issue excuse is being used to stall for time. I have provided all necessary evidence, including screenshots of rejected transactions and contradictory emails from their team. I request your assistance in mediating this dispute to recover my funds.

Didn't received the price of daily Tournament winning

I’m from Bangladesh, and I’m writing to raise a complaint regarding a prize I won.

About 1.5 months ago, I achieved 1st place in a contest and won an Apple Watch Series 10. After winning, I waited for an update but did not receive any clear information.

I then contacted Melbet support by email. They asked me to confirm whether I wanted the physical prize or 11,000 promo points instead. I replied and clearly requested the promo points. However, after that response, I did not receive any further reply.

However, the current market price of the Apple Watch Series 10 is around 41,000 BDT, so I believe I should receive approximately the same amount in promo points (with minor variation). I do not understand why only 11,000 promo points are being offered. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I still have not received a proper update.

This extended waiting time and poor communication are very disappointing.

Melbet Casino- Suspicious url due to which I wish to close my account

I registered at Melbet Casino. I received the welcome emails... but when I clicked on one of the links in the emails, it redirected me to a completely suspicious URL https://melbet-751074.top/es. When I realized this, I requested the closure of my account because I don't trust a URL like this at all. They asked me to send documents and photos to close my account, which I'm not going to do because I don't trust them redirecting me to URLs like this. Furthermore, this platform has slots enabled that are prohibited in my country, which makes me even more suspicious. This is another reason why I don't intend to send such sensitive information as photos of my ID. All I'm asking for is the closure of my account because I don't trust them. I requested it through the email I used to register, and they refuse to do it. I have photos and videos as proof of all this.

Hello,
I tried to make a deposit on my Melbet account. The platform displayed a number to which I had to send the funds. I went to CashPlus and sent the money to that number.

After returning home to take a screenshot of the transaction, I noticed that the number on the platform had changed and was no longer the same number I sent the money to.

I attempted to contact support, but I have not received any solution so far.
