Melbet Casino- Suspicious url due to which I wish to close my account

I registered at Melbet Casino. I received the welcome emails... but when I clicked on one of the links in the emails, it redirected me to a completely suspicious URL https:­//m­elb­et-­751­074.to­p/es. When I realized this, I requested the closure of my account because I don't trust a URL like this at all. They asked me to send documents and photos to close my account, which I'm not going to do because I don't trust them redirecting me to URLs like this. Furthermore, this platform has slots enabled that are prohibited in my country, which makes me even more suspicious. This is another reason why I don't intend to send such sensitive information as photos of my ID. All I'm asking for is the closure of my account because I don't trust them. I requested it through the email I used to register, and they refuse to do it. I have photos and videos as proof of all this.

As mentioned earlier, the link change during website authorization is simply the use of a mirror site. This is necessary because the main domain may be blocked in certain countries.

Regarding some of the games, you are absolutely right — in certain jurisdictions, local legislation may prohibit specific games. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, and we must comply with regional regulations.

No problem, do what you think is necessary. I registered at this casino because it's recommended on this forum. Now, when I start playing, it redirects me to a strange URL; it's not melbet.com, and there are games available that aren't allowed by law in my country. And they expect me to send my personal documents after this? No thanks. Melbet Cash Agent Withdrawal Issue Pending for Over 140 Days Melbet ID 816469381
I am submitting this complaint regarding a long pending withdrawal issue with Melbet involving an amount of LKR 50,000.
I requested the withdrawal through a Melbet cash agent (“Badulla, Hidagoda 24/7”), but the amount was never credited to my bank account. Since the beginning of this issue, I have fully cooperated with Melbet support and payment teams and submitted all documents they requested, including certified bank statements covering the relevant dates.
This issue has now remained unresolved for almost four months despite numerous follow-ups and repeated assurances that the matter was under investigation by their payment specialists.
During this period, I had to visit the bank multiple times during working hours and take leave from my employment in order to obtain certified statements and supporting documents requested by Melbet. The process has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
I also experienced aggressive and unprofessional behavior from the cash agent involved while trying to resolve this issue.
Despite providing all requested evidence and maintaining communication through the same official support ticket, I still have not received a proper final resolution regarding the disputed withdrawal amount.
I respectfully request assistance in reviewing this matter and helping to obtain a fair resolution regarding the pending withdrawal.
