Deposit not credited even after providing all receipts requested

On 01/09/2025 at 21:25 (GMT+1), I made a deposit of 1000 MAD on Melbet using CIH Bank. The funds were never credited to my account.
That same night, on 01/09/2025 at 23:36 (GMT+1), I contacted Melbet support and provided all three receipts from my CIH Bank app showing the transfer.
On 03/09/2025, I received an email from Melbet’s support saying that I had made another deposit of 1000 MAD on 02/09/2025, which was successfully credited. They asked me to provide the receipts for that transaction as well. I complied and sent them the receipts, while clearly explaining that this was a different deposit made through Lbankalik and was indeed credited correctly. My complaint, however, concerns the 01/09/2025 deposit via CIH Bank that was never credited.
Since then, support has continued to send me the exact same template email, repeatedly asking for the receipts I have already submitted multiple times. I even asked them to specify exactly what additional proof they needed and offered to record a video from my banking apps to demonstrate the transfers. Unfortunately, they ignored this and kept repeating the same response, as if they never bothered to read my explanations.
In my experience, deposit issues can occur with any bookmaker, but what makes Melbet particularly frustrating is the extremely poor quality of their customer support. I have never encountered anything like this before.
