I deposit 2 times with VISA and can not withdraw because MelBet has technical issues (since month!!!) My withdraw request were declined (Denied by operator. (Transaction rolled back)). Live Chat is very rude and tells me that I should deposit with ecopayz and then try to withdraw to ecopayz. So I did and after a very long verification process. my withdraw requests to ecopayz were also rejected (Reason: Withdrawals are only possible if you use the same details as for the deposit. If you deposit money using different payment methods, you should withdraw the money in the proportion you paid via the appropriate payment method.)

So at the end MelBet gives me no chance to withdraw my money. As I could read here at askgamblers the problems with VISA alreday withdrawal exist since weeks, but why Melbet is still open to deposit with VISA???
Askgambler team please help me to get my money (230 EUR) out of Melbet Casino. My Melbet ID is 141649905

Yes, after many (to many) rejects this time my withdrawal was not reject until now. I will come back here, if my money has arrieved my VISA account. Best Regards Christian
