Dear @Atiajoey,

Following a careful review and consideration of your case, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that, unfortunately, your complaint is not compliant with the AGCCS Guidelines, section Balance played off while waiting to be paid and, therefore, is being rejected. Please keep in mind that following all AGCCS Guidelines is mandatory.

Please keep in mind that while we could understand your frustration and disappointment of probably not being paid within the time frame specified by the operator, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the processing of your payment is being finalized accordingly. Instead, you kept playing and lost your balance subsequently which means that unfortunately, you will also lost the validity of you claim against the operator which led to rejection of the complaint.

And while we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind that in case of disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

You restore the withdrawal option after a long one month period when you know my winnings has been exhausted . What do you want me to withdraw now?? I just want everybody to know that each time you win with megapari, they will delete your withdrawal option and only restore it when they noticed you have completely used your winnings . Don't use megari .

It is only after one month that you are restoring the withdrawal option , at the time you probably know I have exhausted my winnings. This megapari is trust worthy . Anytime you bet and win they will delete your withdrawal option and only restore it when the know your winnings are exhausted . Don't Use Mega Pari if you are a serious punter. Thank you

Deposit not credited for 4 days

On Tuesday 20th October 2026 at 18:45 Zambian time, I deposited ZMW 140.00 to Megapari via Airtel Money / Kazang.

My Megapari ID: 1789188653
Amount: ZMW 140.00
Date: 20 Oct 2026 18:45
Transaction ID (TID): MP261020.1845.K52934
Recipient: KAZANGSPA SPARGRIS ZAMBIA Till Number (Megapari's agent in Zambia)
Method: Airtel Money Zambia
Airtel Transaction shows SUCCESSFUL, money left my account, my Airtel balance is now ZMW 1.14.

The deposit has not been credited to my Megapari account for 4 days now (Tuesday to Saturday). My Megapari balance still shows 0.

I contacted Megapari live chat (only robot) and [email protected]. They told me to wait 24 hours. Now 96 hours have passed and still nothing. No credit, no refund.

I have attached:
1. Airtel Money confirmation SMS / screenshot showing TID MP261020.1845.K52934 and recipient KAZANGSPA
2. Failed transaction screenshot
3. My Megapari ID 1789188653 showing zero balance

I request Megapari to either immediately credit ZMW 140 to my account ID 1789188653 or refund it to my Airtel Money.

Thank you.

Unresolved financial withdrawal delay since September 14

To the Management of AskGamer / Support Team,

I am writing to formally submit a severe complaint regarding my financial issue, which has been completely ignored and unresolved since September 14th.

Account Details:

Account ID: 1660380431

Email: < removed >

Name: < removed >

Country/City: Egypt

I have contacted customer support multiple times, and every single time, I receive the exact same copy-pasted automated response telling me to "wait another 12 hours." This loop has been repeating indefinitely without any actual progress, investigation results, or solutions provided. This is unacceptable unprofessionalism, blatant stalling, and a clear disregard for customer rights.

As proven in the attached screenshots, your agents keep using the 12-hour excuse repeatedly over weeks without delivering anything. I demand an immediate escalation to senior management, an urgent resolution to my case, and the full return of my funds now, or I will be forced to escalate this matter publicly across all consumer protection platforms and official review channels.

Regards,

Deposit of 25000 BDT not credited to account

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am submitting this formal complaint regarding an unresolved deposit issue with Megapari Casino.

On 27th September 2026 ,I made a deposit of 25,000 BDT into my Megapari account via bKash. The transaction was fully successful and the amount was debited from my personal account. However, even after considerable time has passed, the funds have still not been credited to my Megapari gaming balance.

Here are my account and transaction details:

Megapari User ID: 517338295
Disputed Amount: 25,000 BDT
Payment Method: bKash
Transaction ID (TrxID): DIR00LZ2ES
Date & Time of Transfer: 27/09/2026 5.31 pm

I contacted Megapari Live Chat support and their email support multiple times. Every time I reached out, I was only given automated or generic replies asking me to wait, without any concrete updates or timeline for resolution. I have already provided all requested proof of payment, including bank/wallet transaction statements and full screenshots showing the successful transfer and Transaction ID.

Despite completing all required steps and showing genuine proof of payment, my 25,000 BDT is still missing.

I kindly request AskGamblers to intervene and assist in getting Megapari to investigate this payment and credit the 25,000 BDT to my account or refund it back to my original payment source.

Thank you for your time and assistance.
