Today it’s the 6th day that the issue isn’t fixed and I can’t withdraw my funds. I’m fully verified customer.

I have been extremely patient and polite waiting that your team fix the error and notify me, but unfortunately until now no update.

In the live chat I have been contacted your agents many times and nobody gives a timeline when the issue will be resolved.

They just say: This issue is affecting many customers and our team is working on it.

You can’t hold customers money for a lifetime just by saying that and this kind of service is too far from the quality standards.

They are not taking a quick action and fixing the issue, customers should be treated much better and I feel very disappointed.

I'm expecting a positive response.

Hi Team,

Yesterday after 7 days of holding my funds the issue got fixed and I was able to withdraw my funds from MegaDice.

I confirm that I withdraw yesterday my funds from MegaDice and I hope this situation won’t be repeated again cause holding my money for 7 days isn’t normal.

Closed account and stole money

I made deposit for 1000e and after about one month my balance was 2000e. I made KYC verification and all went fine. When I try to withdraw they closed my account and took all money including the deposit. Megadice sent email claim that I violated rules but that is impossible. I can not login anymore.

Dear Sir/Madam, Mega Dice Casino has locked my account, voided all bets, and taken all the money including my deposit? I do not have access to my account and cannot send you pictures, but there was $900 in the account. They asked me to send documents for the withdrawal, which I did, and after that I received an email with no explanation stating that I had violated the rules and that I no longer have access to the account. I do not understand what I did wrong and why they voided all my bets, and how they could take my deposit?

Megadice closed my account with 72000 inside and they are evading me since two weeks

Hello, guys I'm devastated. Megadice 15 days ago closed my account without notice or something, I have inside 72.000 usdt.

I send emails and they are not responding to any mail..

Even in live chat, they ignore me, they close the chat at the same time I say something..

I am filing an urgent complaint requesting your immediate investigation and mediation against Megadice (operated by Megablock Gaming). I am currently owed USD 72,000, which has not been paid and has been outstanding for more than two weeks (14 business days) despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter directly.

Summary of the issue

Attempts to communicate: multiple emails (no reply for weeks); Live Chat sessions are immediately closed by their staff without response.
Payment anomaly: the operator claims to have paid the balance, but the funds were sent to a cryptocurrency wallet that is not mine. At no time did Megadice request my wallet address, and they never confirmed any payout destination. The only reasonable expectation was payment to the wallet where I originally deposited, or at minimum, prior confirmation of the destination wallet.
Licensing concern: according to my information, Megadice/Megablock Gaming does not hold a valid Curaçao license (their Curaçao licenses were terminated in 2024). I request that AskGamblers verify the operator’s licensing status and take this into account.

Closed my account without any reason

The MegaDice casino closed my account without notice, with more than $550 in its balance (for an initial deposit of 100USDT). They refuse to pay me, and even refuse to refund my initial deposit. They claim to have violated their terms and conditions, but refuse to tell me which condition I violated, despite my requests. They finally told me that the decision was internal, and that it would remain unchanged. I'm asking for your help.

I won $550. I put the money on withdrawal. The withdrawal was cancelled and they asked for verification. They asked for a photo of my passport, a selfie with my passport and a bank statement. Unjust Account Closure and Confiscation of Funds by Mega Dice

I am filing a complaint against Mega Dice casino because they closed my account and confiscated all my funds without giving me a clear reason.

On [05/18/2025

], I received a message saying my account was closed due to an alleged breach of their Terms and Conditions, but they never told me which rule I broke despite my requests for clarification.

I have always played fairly and followed the rules. This sudden closure and loss of funds has caused me serious financial harm. Mega Dice has refused to explain or discuss the issue further, which I believe is unfair and unprofessional.

Account Closed Balance confiscated with no reason

I started using MegaDice 19th of April, deposited 650 usd. Everything looked ok, i used it for about 2 weeks when i noticed my betting limits are lowered. . I used it only for sportsbetting. I wanted to withdraw part of balance and got email for verification. I have sent all what they asked, was normal standard verification ID + Selfie and verification of adress. I passed ID verification and adress was on pending. When i woke up next morning i got following email:

There is no reason for it. I sent official electricity bill.. On account was around 2550usd in momment when they took out money from my account and i noticed that i cant even log in anymore. I tried to find out why they did it, but they not give response. Just say i break some rule and dont say which. I am honest player, account is mine, i did nothing wrong, please help me to get justify here. Thanks.
