Actually, the situation is very strange. They simply don’t verify my address document, and the reason is unknown. I passed the ID and face verification in 2 minutes, but verifying my address turned out to be impossible.
My first address verification document was rejected after 1-2 hours, and naturally, they didn’t provide any reason. I had to contact support myself via chat, after which they explained that the team requested a phone or internet contract as proof of address. Okay, I spent 2 days getting this contract from the office, complete with stamps, took a photo, and sent it on April 23 or 24.
After that, they just aren’t reviewing it. I’ve messaged them almost daily, asking about the status of my document, and every time, they reply with the same default answer: “Your document is under review, and we’ll respond via email as soon as possible.” I’ve been getting this generic response for 2 weeks now.
No one from support can help me—I contacted them via website chat and email, but it’s always the same response. How to complete this magical address verification remains unknown. At this point, I think it’s just a scam.
In fact my money has been frozen, and I guess nothing will change.
Maybe they will just close my account with my money.
