I am extremely frustrated with the ongoing issues regarding my redemption request.

Despite providing all requested documentation... AND MUCH MORE, including three bank statements, my California boaters license, and several other forms of mail verifying my identity and address, my account remains under review.

I have followed every instruction provided, including using the IP address tracker they recommended, but still, my redemption request has not been processed.

This has raised serious concerns about the legitimacy of the platform, as I have received only generic responses from customer support, offering no real resolution. I have complied with every request they made, yet the process is dragging on with no clear explanation or outcome.

I am requesting that this matter be escalated to a higher authority for immediate resolution, as the lack of transparency and continued delays are unacceptable.

If this issue is not resolved swiftly, I will be forced to consider reporting the matter to relevant regulatory authorities to ensure proper handling.

I have been trying to redeem $9,200 for a couple weeks now. They keep asking for a list of documents to "verify" myself and I have uploaded those documents time and time again. All they do is keep requesting the same documents. At this point I feel like they are either a straight up scam or they just want to wear me out so i give up on trying to get my money.

Mega bonanza has now accepted my redemption and the money was in my account within two days. Although its frustrating how long it took and the measures i had to take to get my money is above and beyond at the end of the day I am grateful that the money was deposited in my account. That you @ASKGAMBLERS for whatever part you guys played in helping me get my money. I will continue to play on mega bonanza and just hope that a incident like this will not happen again.
