I can’t believe it, but after spending almost $2,000, I finally won something. I redeemed $500 of my winnings; I know it's not much, but that’s gambling for you. This was my first redemption ever, and fortunately, it went through smoothly. Just four days later, the money was in my account after I sent them some verification documents they requested.
But let me tell you, that was just the bait. Anyone familiar with gambling knows that once you get paid, the temptation to keep playing your winnings is strong. And sure enough, that’s where they got me. That small win made me think I was dealing with an honest business. I kept putting more money in, hoping to win it back and ended up hitting the hourly jackpot for $1,800, followed by another $1,500 win.
But when I tried to redeem my $3,000 just shy of two weeks later, it turned into a nightmare. They gave me the runaround and insisted they hadn’t verified my account, despite the fact that the documents I sent were exactly the same as those I provided for my first redemption. Now it feels like I’m just going in circles. It’s impossible to get a straight answer from them. I can't even tell if I'm chatting with a real person or a bot, and their supposed “customer service” is a joke. They say it's for my protection from fraud, but they have no issue taking money out of my account.
Honestly, I’m more worried about the fraud when it comes to money taken from my account then money returning to my account. I’ve been trying 20 times a day since April 6, and here we are on April 15, and after finally reaching a new representative, they just denied my request and put my winnings back into my gambling balance, hoping I’ll just lose it all. I’ve got a mountain of evidence—literally 20 MB of documents—showing all of this, but it’s getting me nowhere. This entire situation is beyond frustrating.
