Hello, I honestly didn’t want to put this Complaint in because I’ve honestly won more money on this site than I put into it But that being said, I put in for two redemptions on the same day 12/12/2024, and for 56 days I have not seen any progress on my end and I have emailed them every 3 to 4 days every day past the 10th day, the money didn’t hit my bank. The only reason I even waited 10 days to start emailing them was because I’ve already completed a redemption with mega Bonanza and it did go through for 1600 and it took 10 days so after 10 days past that’s when I started to email them and it’s literally been the same responses for each email whether I do live chat or email the help desk. The excuses they have given me have been they have had a higher than normal amount of redemptions at the time which they have sent at least 10 times to via email, They also told me that me That they were having issues with A group of redemptions they were replaced during the time period of the two redemptions I’m asking about which I believe is the truth because I saw another complaint about megabonaza and their redemption was placed on 12/10/2024 And they also still have not received their payment as far as the complaint goes it’s still says unresolved. I have been told that this has been escalated to the relevant team at least 6 to 10 times and I’m honestly starting to lose Hope that this is ever actually going to hit my bank which is kind of sad because they have such reputable names on their site. I don’t think the site is a scam but I do think they have a very heavy lack and organization and communication skills because 10 days for redemption is already kind of ridiculous it’s literally 2025, But 56 days with the exact same responses over and over and no progress is out of this world I have never dealt with anything like that. They truly need to just pay the people that they owe because from what it I’ve read online it’s not just me and hire more people that know what they’re doing when it comes to handling redemptions Because it’s not really fair for them to be able to take the money from you when you want to buy packages but when it comes to paying you what’s owed, there’s a loss of communication. If they could just get that together, this would be no different from pulze or hello millions and it would get five stars in my book, but they’re lace of paying out and Communication skills as was really bringing them down.
