Redemption request initiated on Dec 7th. Received an email that the request was approved and on the way to the bank(3-5 business days) . The status from pending changed to processed is the same to this day, i have spoke with at least 7-8 agents all giving me sale answers, advising to call my bank and other saying processed doesn’t mean it was sent. I am confused and disappointed and o don’t understand why they need so much time. Last agent ended up calling me Elizabeth so i am assuming is a big mess in there. The amount is $4000. You helped me before with Jackpota which i have all reasons to believe is affiliated with Megabonaza

I just finished a chat with them, same answers , the issue has been escalated to the relevant team and they haven’t heard from them yet. That was after congratulating me on my redemption which was approved on December 7th so i had to tell them again that the payment is being re processed due to the provider canceling. Every day i have one agent that congratulate me, suggesting i should contact my bank and when i tell them is not the case the answer with the relevant team comes in. I read on Trust Pilot reviews, only in the past 24 hours are at least 3 regarding the redemption.
Hopefully they will answer this time and thank you Ask Gamblers !
