I have been trying to redeem a win for almost 2 weeks. There is no phone customer service, only chat and email. Several different agents have given me different time frames. I have been asked multiple times to verify the same information. The biggest snag seems to be that Apple Pay generated a digital card number associated to my physical debit card. I've sent screenshots illustrating this multiple times to no avail. There is not a supervisor available via chat and the agents only give the same vague responses that seem to be cut and paste over and over.

10/21/24 I received an email that the funds should hit my bank in 3-5 business days. I will update when they do.
