I requested a redemption December 9th 2024 for 194 SC to my bank. I’ve contacted customer support numerous times and had them tell me it would be resolved in 24/48 hours. This was two weeks ago. I’ve been waiting in total for three weeks. I keep getting the same non answers. This has been the most frustrating online casino experience I’ve had. With zero help from customer support in the 3 weeks I’ve asked. They keep telling me it’s been brought to the relevant team. They never send a follow up email as well.
