Dec 3 2024 I went to redeem my winnings which was a total of $750 that same day I got a email stating my request was received then I got another email about 30 45 min later sayin. That my request was approved and I woukd b receiving my winnings in my personal bank account within 3 business days and that was 4 days ago nearly 5 day now considering the time of day it is right now I just want my money that's how I was buying my kids Christmas I've been in contact wit them the past 4 says some times 2 or 3 times a day countless emails I have sent to get the same response from every individual which was the same response there co workers gave to its ridiculous
