Withdrawal delayed for over 2 weeks despite proactive KYC submission
Hello,
I have been waiting more than two weeks for my first withdrawals from Mafia Casino to be processed. My first withdrawal requests total around NOK 15,000, and I still have approximately NOK 27,000 remaining in my account that I plan to withdraw once the first ones are completed.
I have contacted support many times, but I keep receiving the same response that the finance department is delayed and will “process it soon.” They have told me this 4–5 times over the last two weeks, but nothing has happened yet.
I have not been asked to provide KYC, but I still sent my ID and proof of address voluntarily by email to help speed up the process and make sure everything is in order.
At this point, it feels like the casino might be deliberately delaying the payments, and I sincerely hope this is not the case. The delay clearly goes against the casino’s own terms and withdrawal policy, where payments should be processed within a reasonable time frame.
I completely understand that withdrawals can take some time, but more than two weeks feels unusually long for a first payout.
I kindly ask that my KYC is reviewed and approved quickly, and that my withdrawals are processed without further delay.
