Withdrawal Pending with reverse tab beside it

With so many upgrades in online casinos and their payout processes, this site still takes up to 3 business days, after the first initial withdrawal, which means it's 4 days in total. One of their terms also state with fast payouts are available with e-wallet or online banking, but credit cards will take longer. I have seen other sites upgrade their systems to fast payouts, which to me states that they were either mandated to make that change, or wanted to keep players happy. I am currently waiting for a $500 payout since June 23, 2026, at approximately 1754:19, and they only stated today that it is only past the first day, meaning I would have to wait another three days, thus not including weekends and holidays. My complaint is that a site like this can upgrade its payouts, as one player in Trust Pilot stated that he could no longer wait and played all his winnings back. This should not be allowed on pending withdrawals; the reverse tab is right by the withdrawal.

This is definitely a site that refuses to pay their players and drag it out as long as they can, in hopes we reverse our withdrawal and play it all back. They disabled the live chat help button June 25 for 24hrs, put it back on June 26th and I was told my winnings were being processed and on its way, only to discover it is still in the review process, come June 27th the live chat help button is disabled again. How can this type of behaviour be allowed on an online casino site.

They have now disabled the help/live chat button and am no longer able to communicate with them. They are going against the Anjuoan gaming commission, that’s states players should have access to all forms of communication at all times, but they clearly blocked that on my account. I can still see the withdrawal pending and still no access the live chat. It’s only $500 that I have won, but yet they refuse to acknowledge my winnings. The joy of winning has now depleted.

Win recorded but never credited despite multiple support contacts

I am submitting a complaint regarding an unpaid slot win at Mafia Casino involving the game CherryPop.

On May 7, 2026, at approximately 12:41 PM, I placed a $1.00 CAD spin on CherryPop and triggered a bonus feature that clearly showed a total win of $62.00 CAD. However, the winnings were never credited to my casino balance.

I have attached screenshots showing that the game replay page is displaying bet amount: $1.00 and won amount: $62.00

• My account transaction history shows:

• 12:41:21 PM balance: CA$350.62 → CA$349.62

• 12:41:24 PM balance: CA$349.62 → CA$348.62

• 12:41:27 PM balance: CA$348.62 → CA$347.62 with a recorded CA$62.00 win

Despite the recorded win, my balance still decreased instead of increasing

The balance history clearly demonstrates that the CA$62.00 payout was logged by the system but was not actually credited to my account balance.

I have contacted Mafia Casino support numerous times. Each time they request the same screenshots and bet details, they state the matter has been forwarded to the “relevant department.” After that, no resolution, update, or meaningful response is provided. The issue has effectively been ignored despite clear evidence.

I am requesting payment of the missing CA$62.00 win, a proper investigation into the malfunction, and a formal response from the casino regarding why the recorded payout was not credited

I have retained screenshots of the game replay, transaction history, and balance records supporting this complaint.

50000 NOK withdrawal delayed

Hello,

I submitted a withdrawal request on January 21st, 2026, and as of today, the withdrawal is still pending with no concrete timeline provided. The total amount of the pending withdrawal is 50,000 NOK.

I am aware that my account has a daily withdrawal limit of 5,000 NOK. However, despite this limitation, no withdrawals have been processed at all since the initial request, and no payments have been received.

I have contacted Mafia Casino's live chat multiple times regarding the delay. Each time I receive generic responses stating that the casino is experiencing delays, that there is no danger, and that the finance department is working on the matter. No estimated processing time has been provided during any of these conversations.

In order to avoid any delays, I proactively asked the casino if I could submit my KYC and verification documents in advance. However, I have not received clear instructions or a request for specific documents, despite my willingness to fully cooperate.

For deposits, I used a Revolut one-time virtual card. The original deposit was funded from my personal bank card to my Revolut account, and then paid to the casino using the Revolut virtual card. I can provide full documentation for proof of identity, proof of address, proof of ownership of the Revolut account, and proof of the full deposit flow from the bank to Revolut and then to the casino.

At this point, more than a reasonable processing time has passed, and communication from the casino remains vague and repetitive. Based on similar cases involving this casino, I am concerned that the withdrawal is being unnecessarily delayed.

I kindly ask AskGamblers to assist in mediating this case and helping ensure that my withdrawal is processed without further delay.
