Withdrawal delay with 3 pending withdrawals
I currently have 3 withdrawals pending, each for 750 CAD, which is the maximum number of pending withdrawals allowed by the casino at the same time.
I also have a remaining positive balance that I would like to withdraw, but I am unable to do so until the pending withdrawals are processed.
According to the casino, withdrawals should be processed within a few business days. However, the first withdrawal has now been pending for 10 days, way longer than the indicated timeframe (3 business days)
I have contacted customer support multiple times via live chat and email. Each time, I was informed that there is a delay, that my funds are safe, and that the finance team is working on it, but no timeframe has been provided and the status has not changed.
