Payments outstanding for 10 working days
I currently have three pending withdrawal requests of €500 each, which represents the maximum number of simultaneous withdrawals allowed by the casino.
In addition, I have a remaining positive balance on my account that I am currently unable to withdraw, as the pending withdrawals must be processed first according to the casino’s rules.
According to the information provided by the casino, withdrawals should be processed within a few business days, usually up to 3 business days. However, my first withdrawal request has now been pending for 10 working days, clearly exceeding the stated processing timeframe.
I have contacted customer support multiple times via live chat and email. Each time, I received the same response stating that there is a delay, that my funds are safe, and that the finance department is working on the withdrawals. No specific reason for the delay has been provided, nor have I been given a concrete or even estimated timeframe for completion.
The status of the withdrawals has not changed since they were submitted.
I kindly request a clear explanation for the delay and a definitive update regarding the processing of my withdrawals.
