Missing funds and Mafia Casino refuse to pay winnings
I am resubmitting my complaint as advised, because more than one week has now passed with no resolution from MafiaCasino regarding my missing balance of $4,524.10
Timeline:
• I rightfully won $4,524 during gameplay and have proof.
• My balance suddenly disappeared.
• I immediately contacted support and was told to clear cache/cookies and wait 24 hours. Nothing changed.
• I was later informed my case was forwarded to the “relevant department” for investigation, but no timeframe was given. They keep telling me that they forwarded my case ‘’with priority’’ but this is all a lie.
• I first submitted a complaint here at AskGamblers, but it was rejected because I was told to wait at least a week. I have now waited well beyond a week.
• During this time, MafiaCasino has refused to provide me with any update, timeframe, or explanation. They have ignored my follow-up emails and left me completely in the dark. (They answered only once to my multiple e-mails with a same copy paste answer without answering any of my requests you will find proof in the attachements on sept 1st) and after that stopped answering
This is extremely unfair. I complied with every request, provided proof, and waited as instructed. Yet my rightfully won $4,524 has not been returned, and MafiaCasino is stalling without communication.
Requested Resolution:
• Immediate reinstatement of my $4,524 balance.
• A proper explanation for why my balance was removed.
• Transparency and assurance that this situation will not happen again.
I kindly ask AskGamblers to step in now, as the casino has had more than enough time and is refusing to resolve this matter or even respond properly.
