I made a withdrawal request of $1000 1 week ago now, on March 26. In the terms and conditions, a deadline of 3 working days is mentioned. I have contacted online support twice and I am told that my request is following the process and will be processed as soon as possible. At no time they asked for KYC verification. I do not have an active bonus. And this is not the first time that I have made withdrawals at this casino but it's the first time that is so long.
