Delayed 150000HUF withdraw

I initiated a 150.000HUF withdrawal more than a week ago, but nothing has happened. The AI chatbot just keeps giving me template responses and misleading information. I play frequently and I am fully aware that my details, my account, and my winnings are all legitimate, so they have no valid reason to delay the process they simply do not want to pay out!

My withdrawal request still hasn’t been approved. They keep telling me that everything is fine with my withdrawal and that it is in the final stage, so I should receive it soon. However, they have been saying this for several days now, and nothing is happening.

I currently have €14,000.20 shown as my casino balance. In addition, I have three pending withdrawals totaling €1,490 (€500 + €490 + €500).

The casino’s withdrawal system explicitly states that I have reached the maximum number of pending withdrawal requests, meaning I am unable to submit any additional withdrawal requests while these three remain pending.

The three withdrawals are still pending/under verification, and I have been unable to obtain a clear response from the casino regarding when they will be processed.

I am therefore currently unable to withdraw my remaining balance of €14,000.20. Given the significant amount involved, I am requesting assistance in obtaining clarification from the casino and, ultimately, access to my funds.

Three Withdrawals Significantly Overdue

Hello,
I am submitting this complaint regarding three withdrawal requests that have been pending for an unusually long period.
I made three withdrawal requests of €500 each:
€500 on 15 August 2026
€500 on 16 August 2026
€500 on 17 August 2026
Therefore, a total of €1,500 is currently pending.
Today is 1 September 2026, and all three withdrawals are still stuck at the first stage of processing.
The casino advertises a withdrawal processing time of approximately 1–3 business days. This timeframe has now been exceeded by a significant margin.
I have contacted Live Chat and VIP support several times. I have repeatedly been told that there is currently a delay affecting the financial department and that my withdrawals have been escalated or marked as urgent. However, despite these assurances, the withdrawals remain pending and I have still not been given a clear processing or payment date.
What concerns me even more is that I still have approximately €10,000 remaining to withdraw from my balance. I therefore need to understand how and when these funds will be processed, especially considering that my previous withdrawals are already significantly delayed.
I fully understand that occasional delays can occur. However, the advertised 1–3 business day timeframe has been exceeded by a considerable amount, and repeated contacts with support have not resulted in any concrete resolution.
I am therefore asking AskGamblers to assist me in obtaining:
A clear explanation as to why these three withdrawals have remained pending since 15–17 August.
Confirmation of the exact current status of each withdrawal.
The processing and payment of the outstanding €1,500 as soon as possible.
A clear and realistic timeframe for the processing of these withdrawals.
Clarification regarding the procedure and expected timeframe for withdrawing the remaining approximately €10,000.
I can provide screenshots showing the withdrawal dates, amounts, current status, the advertised processing timeframe and my conversations with the casino's support team.
I am not asking for preferential treatment. I simply want my withdrawals to be processed within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with the casino's stated withdrawal conditions.

Dear Mafia Casino, I am experiencing a significant delay with withdrawals from Mafia Casino.

According my betting history On June 27, 2026, I deposited 40000 HUF and 10861 HUF and I received a bonus a 40000 HUF for sport betting. After completing wagering, my balance reached approximately 314621 HUF. After I bet on FIFA World Cup 3rd place match and won 3 times money, so my balance reached with cashback approximately 942133 HUF now and I submitted a withdrawal of 200000 HUF 3 times on July 19, 20, 21 via MasterCard which was paid out after 2.5 weeks. Very much time. You promised that you would correct it in the future. But I can not see it. On July 19th I won with a bet 314621 HUF 3 times my money, so my balance reached 1146146 HUF. On 6th of August I won 3 times money with Benfica and Inter Miami match so now my balance is 1408046 HUF. My second withdrawal process took 6 working days long. Very long time. My balance is now 808046 HUF.

On 19th, 20th and 21st of August I started the third withdrawal process with 3x200000 HUF. Since then, the withdrawal has remained in “processing” with no progress. And now 6 working days have passed. So I have waited for my withdrawal for 6 working days.

I have contacted both via e-mail and live chat multiple times and was told the withdrawal would be prioritized and the withdrawal was accepted but to wait and they could not tell me punctually the processing time and the exact date when will be my withdrawals is being processed. Despite of it they begged my pardon. Despite this, it is still pending nearly 6 working days later. Plus I was told it was being prioritized, and I was told it was still under review. Since then, I have repeatedly been told to be patient without any clear timeframe or update. The other problem is that they let me withdraw only 3 withdrawals and 808064 HUF is still on my balance so that will be another long days to withdraw in this way (Yet 2 plus withdrawals!). So maybe my withdrawal time will be yet 1-2 weeks instead of 3 working days as the previous ones were 2.5 weeks and 6 working days. I do not like that this will be another 2 weeks because I have only 5-6 betslips to check which is not so much time. They promised that this delay will be fixed next time, but nothing was happened. This is unacceptable in the European Union.

No additional documents have been requested and no issues have been explained.

I have attached my email communications with e-mail support as evidence of the ongoing delay and assurances given.

This level of delay and lack of transparency is concerning, and I am requesting that all my 5 withdrawals be processed without further delay.

Withdraw delay at Mafia Casino

I submitted a withdrawal request last Friday. I was told 1-3 business days as per their T&Cs. We are now in business day 5. I have messaged them twice since the 3 days expired and each time I am told “it is being checked”
I am concerned my money will not be paid out as they keep telling me to wait.

With so many upgrades in online casinos and their payout processes, this site still takes up to 3 business days, after the first initial withdrawal, which means it's 4 days in total. One of their terms also state with fast payouts are available with e-wallet or online banking, but credit cards will take longer. I have seen other sites upgrade their systems to fast payouts, which to me states that they were either mandated to make that change, or wanted to keep players happy. I am currently waiting for a $500 payout since June 23, 2026, at approximately 1754:19, and they only stated today that it is only past the first day, meaning I would have to wait another three days, thus not including weekends and holidays. My complaint is that a site like this can upgrade its payouts, as one player in Trust Pilot stated that he could no longer wait and played all his winnings back. This should not be allowed on pending withdrawals; the reverse tab is right by the withdrawal.

Win recorded but never credited despite multiple support contacts

I am submitting a complaint regarding an unpaid slot win at Mafia Casino involving the game CherryPop.

On May 7, 2026, at approximately 12:41 PM, I placed a $1.00 CAD spin on CherryPop and triggered a bonus feature that clearly showed a total win of $62.00 CAD. However, the winnings were never credited to my casino balance.

I have attached screenshots showing that the game replay page is displaying bet amount: $1.00 and won amount: $62.00

• My account transaction history shows:

• 12:41:21 PM balance: CA$350.62 → CA$349.62

• 12:41:24 PM balance: CA$349.62 → CA$348.62

• 12:41:27 PM balance: CA$348.62 → CA$347.62 with a recorded CA$62.00 win

Despite the recorded win, my balance still decreased instead of increasing

The balance history clearly demonstrates that the CA$62.00 payout was logged by the system but was not actually credited to my account balance.

I have contacted Mafia Casino support numerous times. Each time they request the same screenshots and bet details, they state the matter has been forwarded to the “relevant department.” After that, no resolution, update, or meaningful response is provided. The issue has effectively been ignored despite clear evidence.

I am requesting payment of the missing CA$62.00 win, a proper investigation into the malfunction, and a formal response from the casino regarding why the recorded payout was not credited

Please help me get my money from Mafia Casino

I have requested three withdrawals from Mafia Casino between April 1 and 3. The three withdrawals were for $700, $750 and $750; totalling $2200. I haven't received anything yet. I have emailed them numerous times and they have responded that the processing has been delayed because of the number of withdrawals that they have or that it is still processing but it is in the queue. They said that verification is not required. I am very frustrated. Can you help?

Delayed CAD 1000 withdrawal

I made a withdrawal request of $1000 1 week ago now, on March 26. In the terms and conditions, a deadline of 3 working days is mentioned. I have contacted online support twice and I am told that my request is following the process and will be processed as soon as possible. At no time they asked for KYC verification. I do not have an active bonus. And this is not the first time that I have made withdrawals at this casino but it's the first time that is so long.
