Payment has been delayed for 2 weeks
Hello, Lucky hour Casino has not processed 3 of my withdrawals (together 219€) for a week. After a week I asked the chat and email support and only received the answer that they have transferred my 3 payouts back to my customer account and that I should now pay them out again in total. Now another week has passed and they still haven't processed my withdrawal. I would like this to happen. I am fully registered and have only used my own money in connection with this sum. Before this incident, withdrawals from this casino were working fine.
