Self Exclusion Stalling

After messaging the support telling that I have no control and having gambling addiction issue. The team remain actionless. The website does not have any self exclusion button which is unsafe to any gambling addicts.

I am submitting a complaint and demanding compensation because this casino is does not do any action after surrendering and requestion for self exlcusion.
Please see attached email.

I have been emailing them clearly advising to be permanent exclusion due to gambling addiction.

Its is not safe for the player all casino should have self exclusion to be accessible.

Despite my honest request to close my account and self-exclude, I have encountered significant resistance from your team. I have explained that, for personal reasons, I am unable to provide my ID at this time. However, I was still informed that my request could not be processed under these circumstances.

I must stress that I am seeking to close my account permanently for my well-being, and I am disappointed by the lack of cooperation I have received. This matter is very urgent to me, and I kindly ask that you reconsider my situation and take immediate action to close my account, even if I am unable to provide an ID at this moment.

Please understand that this was a serious request, and I was asking for your full cooperation in helping me with this self-exclusion process. I trust you will address this matter as a priority and confirm the permanent closure of my account as soon as possible. I am still firm for a compensation for my money. They have to face their consequences of not being aware of what is happening. Some casino just close my account when I request it.
