Play Fortuna Casino - Withdrawal delayed for too long now

I have been a member of playfortuna for a year. In that time I have deposited many times and made a number of small(under £100) withdrawals.
In December 2015 I won big twice and submitted withdrawal requests. Some money was transferred. I won again on the 9th January and have submitted a withdrawal request. Due to the large win I have been told my account needs to go through checking - I have already verified my account but "checking" still needs to happen. I have been told this could take anywhere between 5-20 days, 30 days and total support told me it would take an additional "difficult time" and no update was available.

It has now been 23 days since the withdrawal request.

My current balance is €2755.
Playfortuna's withdrawal policy is a maximum of €300 per day and €1000 per week which I am happy to work with over a period of 3 weeks if i am finally able to withdraw.

PlayFortuna- can you please let me know when i can expect my funds?

Received a call from a manager today to say my account has completed checking and withdrawals will continue. Received €300 today. The remaining 1855 will be done by 300 euros per day to a maximum of 1000euro per week so all should be completed by 2 weeks time.
