I got email from Loki casino about some deposit bonus. I deposit but didnt recive bonus. Support said that i m abuse bonus so he cant give me. I ask can i cashout than because i dont wish to play without bonus, he said that i must to wager x3 before cashout. If i knew that they didnt wish to give me bonus i wouldnt deposit here, they cheat me.
Loki casino refunded me now 20 euro deposit and i ask for withdraw, support said that i can do that without x3 wager.
I got money back. You can close this complaint.
