The last check I received was for $1000.00 and it bounced. also $1000. had been approved for withdrawal and I still had $300.00 in my account. They won't return my e-mails they won'tanswer their phones. total the still owe me $2300.00.

This case has been reopened upon casino management's request. They would like to have all their existing complaints solved and we gladly give this case one more try for a successful resolution.

Unfortunately, player failed to provide adequate feedback within the given 96-hours time frame for response. As per the AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service terms and guidelines, player is supposed to provide updates on their issues in a timely and responsible manner, something that player did not do regrettably.
