Confirmed Litecoin transaction not credited in account


I made a Litecoin deposit at Grande Vegas casino more than 2 days ago and I still have not received credit in my account. The chat agent told me they were not able to check on the transaction and that it would have to be forwarded to another department. Why on earth do you offer a deposit method if you don't have anyone in customer service to resolve any issues that may arise? The transaction was confirmed within an hour or so and shows complete. It was sent to the crypto address that Grande Vegas supplied so they have the funds. I've given them more than enough time to resolve the issue and each time I get the same answer from chat agent., "That has to be handled by another department." Then go on to say it'll be 24 hrs. Okay well that's the same answer you gave me yesterday. Not to mention it takes forever to get an agent once you open a chat window. So frustrating!

Resolved finally. Used chat for the 7th or 8th time and finally got it resolved
