This is about Lion Slots casino. I deposited I believe it was $70 on January 11th. I didn't use any coupons restricting my deposit winnings. I won $6,000 and requested it withdrawal by Bitcoin. The deposit was supposed to take 2 to 3 days to process. I have been verified with Lion slots for a very long time. Even before they changed platforms, I even email to verify that there was nothing holding up by withdrawal.

After waiting some days, I received an email on the 16th trying to convince me to cancel my withdrawal and switch my withdrawal method to money card, promising additional coupons if I did so. I refused because I had already waited and I was not about to start the withdrawal process all over again.

After refusing, I expected my withdrawal to be processed in the next 24 to 48 hours. I waited a couple of days and when I didn't see the withdrawal I contacted them again. I was told they were having maintenance with their Bitcoin processor and they couldn't give me a time or date when I would receive my cash out.

I pointed out that they were still accepting deposits via Bitcoin. They claimed one didn't have anything to do with the other. After a bunch of back and forth emails, I asked if changing my withdrawal method would reset the clock. I was told that yes it was would and I'll be looking at about at least another seven business days for them to process the withdrawal with another payment method.

They have given me no time frame on when my withdrawal will be processed and have basically said they will pay when they pay.

I have screenshots of all the emails back and forth.

I have confirmed multiple times that all payments have been received but it doesn't seem to want to save.

Lied to me regarding Bitcoin withdrawals
I received a free spin bonus from lion slots on October 31 which I played and won $300 after play through.
Of course the max withdrawal was $100 which was fine so I requested the 100 in bitcoin.
I received an email congratulating me but also said I needed to make a "verification" deposit in bitcoin to proceed with the WD.
Ok. A few days later I had purchased some bitcoin and after several attempts, and many fees, deposited $25 in bitcoin and played through it.
I received another email saying I could now submit my WD as I had met their requirements(see attached) so I did. That was on Nov 6. They say there is a 24hr hold during which I can reverse the request. I didnt.
Today Nov 8th I talked to live chat to see how long the wait is on a bitcoin WD and was told they weren't doing bitcoin. WHAT??
While verifying my documents we had sent several emails back and forth, and each one of them stated that I MUST make a bitcoin deposit to proceed with my withdrawal.
Their only other WD option is wire transfer but my bank does NOT do international wire transfers.
They claim in live chat and by email that they told me bitcoin was not an option and that is a complete lie. I was told repeatedly that I MUST deposit with bitcoin as recently as 2 days ago. If I had known bitcoin was not an option i NEVER would have played there as wire transfer is not possible for me.
I have all their emails available, clearly stating the necessity of depositing $25 in bitcoin for verification.
I followed all of their rules...did exactly as they said...my documents are approved and now I can't be paid. I also deposited $25 cash along with the bitcoin.
I feel like this is very shady business tactics and I want to be paid what I won or at the very least a refund of the 25$ and 25$ bitcoin I spent not knowing I could not withdraw.
Thank you for any help you can give.
