Withdrawal not processed after almost 4 weeks 407 euros

Approximately four weeks ago, I initiated a withdrawal request of 407€ after having already completed all required verifications previously and meeting wagering requirements.

Despite having had successful withdrawals in the past, this current withdrawal has been stuck "In Progress" for almost 4 weeks now. I have already contacted them about this multiple times with each time the answer only pointing to the finance department and telling me that the withdrawal will be processed soon which it has not.
