Approximately four weeks ago, I initiated a withdrawal request of 407€ after having already completed all required verifications previously and meeting wagering requirements.

Despite having had successful withdrawals in the past, this current withdrawal has been stuck "In Progress" for almost 4 weeks now. I have already contacted them about this multiple times with each time the answer only pointing to the finance department and telling me that the withdrawal will be processed soon which it has not.

I have played at LasAmericas with a bonus and was lucky to have a win, I have completely fulfilled the turnover requirements but unfortunately, I am already waiting over 2 weeks for a payout.

I have kept to all AgBs I have paid out after my winnings a part and played a little further after a while I have requested a second withdrawal as can be seen on my screenshots. I have several times in the chat politely reported unfortunately I am always put off it is just busy, and they will forward it to speed it up .... Unfortunately, nothing happens.

I have a problem with LasAmericas Casino receiving my withdrawals. I have three pending withdrawals, two from 16.08 and one from 19.08. The amounts are 2000, 1500, and 475 euros. Terms and regulations informed about 48 hours to process. The information from live support is " please wait, should be processed today or tomorrow ", etc.

Before this I received two withdrawals from Las Americas after 3 and 5 days. Since current withdrawals, my cooperation with Las Americas has been quite good.

I have been registered on this casino for months after many deposits I managed to make a win I sent the documents for verification it has been almost 15 days and my account is still not confirmed.

I contacted the chat several times but they say always the same thing my account is being verified.

I found this casino on AskGamblers website. The rating was quite good when I register. The casino has nice games and I was able to win quite a sum.

The main problem is that they do not abide by the rules of withdrawals. In their terms, it's written that a player can withdraw 1000e a day using BTC while the system allows you to make transactions of 500e max. So regarding their rules, they should send 2 transactions a day total (1000e), but they send one (500e) NOT EACH DAY!! Last week instead of getting 5 withdrawals I got just 3.

This week again 21.02 they didn't send a withdrawal. All I want is to follow their own rulers and send 1 transfer a day.
