Poor verification process
Jupi require verification before you can request a withdrawal. I have sent the following:
ID - In date and valid
POA - In date and valid
Crypto - A screen grab of my transaction to them, a screen grab of the profile page and a screen grab of the settings page.
The first thing that they asked for was the proof of the transaction. I sent that and then they asked for my profile page which I sent. As this is a crypto wallet all the profile contains is my user name. They asked for me to send the profile page containing my personal infomation - I have explained that as it is a wallet this is not something that I can send as within the app it simply does not exsist.
I have asked them on three occassions via email for an example of what it is they are expecting to see and at no point have they provided this.
I have been on chat and all they said that was needed was proof the account was in my name. I have sent a screen grab of my username which is my full name but there is nothing else I can send them.
They have three screen grabs from my wallet and are refusing to help or explian what they need to verify the account. I have chased this with them for two weeks and still have not had a stright or clear answer. I have cash in the account and am unable to withdraw it without them verifyingmy account.
