I made an 80€ deposit, 17 days ago and the money was taken from my bank account although the same never arrived to my Jupi account. I’m talking since then with the team of support but they never have an answer to my problem, they say they can see the deposit but are talking with the agent that intermediates the deposit. The question is my money is in a cloud?! Nobody knows about it and I need my money back to my account, don’t believe in Jupi Casino, I even had an answer asking to describe to my problem (once again and the e-mail had all e-mails about this subject)
