This casino is advertising the uk however is not allow , also I register with my uk address and they allow me to deposit, their customer service is very rude! Do not play there uk customers, their customer service don't wanna listen and the hunged up

Based on zero merit ? I have the letter where the gambling comission said that you cannot transact with consumers from Great Britain ! However you let me register with my Great Britain address ! Took the money from my great British account ! Guys if you check the first reply from GtBets they admited that they don't have a uk license by that they admit that the took the money (me) illegally ! Is this a good reputable casino ? You decide ! I am glad askgamblers don't delete the post so everybody can see the type of casino that is GT BETS ! As far I am concerned this complaint is not resolved ! But I hope everybody gain from my bad experience. If you wanna play with crooks , poor payouts and rude customer service I am sure GTBETS will welcome you.

Dear gtbets
The gambling comission mentioned, that you are not allow to transact , by transact means letting customer register with uk address and take money from them , that is illegal according to the gambling comission, now if the uk is not your primary market is irrelevant, I am talking about what you should not do according to gambling comission. Now you have admitted that you don't hold a license therefore you should not be allow to transact with uk players, how comes you have the uk in the drop down menu allow me register with my UK address and let me deposit usd300 dollars aprox ? By allowing this you are transacting therefore you are doing something illegal and the decent thing will be to refund the usd30 that you illegally took. Plus the fact that you have confirmed that you don't alert players that they cannot register because you don't hold the license how we will know ? If you take money illegally would you keep the money ? What would you do gtbets ? If you are not allow to take money from uk players but you take the money anyway ? Is that okay for you?
Finally eve you are admitting that you don't hold the license to transact in the uk PLEASE take the uk from your drop down menu and don't allow uk players to register !

Problem with GTBet

Hello, I followed all the rules of the casino. I paid 40eur and won 1600eur. They've been blocking my payment ever since. They give lots of excuses like Iban with spaces. Or that my name is not the right one when it's wrong. Each time they wait 48 hours and re-credit the money to my player account. I need help. Please. Thank you for everything.

Addicted gambler allowed to play

On June 6, 2020, I told GTbets that I was an addicted gambler and needed to self exclude. This request was granted.

On October 13, 2020, I requested my account be reopened. Because of my addiction, the request was denied.

On September 9, my addiction was triggered. Using my name and address, I was allowed to open a second account, deposit and gamble. I did not receive a bonus so I contacted customer service. They indicated that it was not granted because I had a prior account. They still allowed me to deposit $820 and gamble.

In response to my refund request, they acknowledged they were aware of my addiction but allowed me to play anyways because 6 months had passed.

Wire Transfer Delayed For Weeks

Cashed out April 2ND 2018, Going on 9 business days now waiting on a payment for $500 dollars thru gtbets. For a 60 dollars transfer fee you would think it would be a swift process. Since when did why transfers take more than 2 days tops? You lose more than you win most of the time so gtbets collects instantly off everyones losses but makes you wait 12 days to collect your winnings. Now how can you keep customers playing the ball that way? Last week I was calm but after waiting 10 whole days (8 business days) it's very frustrating

Hi, I made a withdrawal from GTBets.eu on the 24th February 2018 and it was processed on the 26th February 2018. The withdrawal amount is USD $2,622.58 via bank wire. Later on I received their withdrawal confirmation email: "Thank you for your recent payout request. Your payout has been reconciled out of your GTBets account and sent for processing via Bank Wire on 2/26/2018. Please allow up to 12 business days from this point for crediting, though we aim for quicker.” 12 business days have passed and still no money. Last time I withdraw from GTbets.eu it took 4-5 business days. I have contacted GTbets and they've confirmed the correct bank account number I submitted for withdrawal. I have been patient and considerate but their "delayed payments" take far too long. If I receive this payment soon I'll gladly remove this complaint and leave good feedback.
