Sent all required verification documents, but no replies or successful verification yet

I have been requesting to withdraw the winnings and scanned my documents, sent my credit cards then send everything again and i keep getting the same answers with countless of emails with the same thing! We never really go forward and i am tired waiting too long since May or so. I need to close my account, but i want to get my winnings first. It is frustrating that to deposit is so simple but getting your wins is annoying! How is this possible i read other reviews a lot of people are leaving the casino because of this issues!

Hi,
I have checked my E wallet and one part of the money is there! I never got a response from the Casino regarding my documents so I got worried but now i see the amount in the ewallet.

This is all i get from them. "Withdrawal was successful" After sending my documents(more than three times) they told me they were going to review them but that day never comes.
