Hi, I have bin wating now for a respons from fortunejack, but the only thing I get is fals promisses, and in the end no answer at all.

it started 5 days ago (31.12.2016) I playd on one of the slotmachines at fortunejack.com and won.
so I withdraw 7 btc. first I was in good faigth when they told med that becouse of the amount it would take som time since they had to send it to the security department. the day after I deposit som more and Won agin, so I withdraw 4 btc. each time I aproched them they ashure me that this would be taken cair of in a short mather. after som days I demanded to geth to know how long time it is going to take, the answer was with in 24 houers. now it has bin 30 houers and they are not responding to my emails. I have bin gambling big time on many ordinary casinos, and I consider my self a "high roller". I was atract to fortune jack becouse off the good things I hav bin reading about it, but now I start to realise that I maby have bin scamd, no proffesional casino is acting like this. I have stil not got my 11 btc, so what can I do ?
