I made a deposit back in the beginning of April, won a little bit of cash as this is my first time actually withdrawing..so I choose to have my funds wired to my bank account..i have heard anything from slotocash I have called talked through chat and still No body seems to know what's going on..everyone keeps tellktelling me wait on your bank or contact my bank when my account clearly has .86 in it and no activity on my recent transaction from sloto cash..im pretty sure I've been loyal to sloto cash over the last few months with numerous deposits. All I want is my money my account has been verified weeks prior and I'm a regular.. Please give me my payout.

Please see timeline below for your query:
11 April: Bankwire requested by customer.
13 April: Bankwire processed after 2 business days, to the banking details provided by customer.
27 April: Customer contacts our support team to state her bank doesn't accept international wires
NB: We need to then wait for the wired funds to be returned back before they can be applied to customer/resent via another method, and in this case they were not yet in receipt of the returned funds.
5 May: Finally the funds were returned back to our bank from this International Wire. Funds were then credited back to the customer and email sent advising of alternative methods with which to cashout.
6 May: customer has submitted a check payout which was subsequently cancelled by the customer.
6 May: customer has submitted a second check payout request which is pending and will be processed within the next 2 business days.
