Royal Vegas Casino - Giving me hard time with withdrawal

Hi, my user name is Negrodelaval.
I've been playing on this casino for over a year now. I currently have a pending withdrawal for an ammount of 3650.41 Cad.
The reason I am opening this is cause I feel like they won't pay this time, feel like they going to throw the ball arround about documents and verification.
I have therefore succesfully withdrawed a couple months ago an ammount arround 3000$. A couple weeks ago i tryed cashing out and they requested all my documents ( passport driver license etc,) i sent in it was accepted therefore they asked for :


An enlarged front and back copy of your Drivers License or any other form of Photo Identification of your Ex-girlfriend. (Showing all 4 corners)
An enlarged back copy of credit card ending with #2566 registered on your account. (Showing all 4 corners)
Letter from the bank for card ending with #6513 which must state that the card is closed and no longer in use.
Authorization letter for the use of the mismatched card from your Ex-girlfriend (card not belonging to you)


I sent all that in but they then reversed my withdrawal befor i got an answer. i ended up playing the funds but still havent ever gotten an answer for everything i sent....
This time My withdrawal i want to cash it out. I cooperate very well and send everything they ask for.
