Payments delayed over 10 days

Gslot is delaying my payment for 10 days already. It is starting to get annoying. Normally it takes ~24 hours to get a confirmation. Now that i have won a bigger amount they did not confirm my payment for 10 day already. Chat is not helping at all. All they tell me is first come first serve. I'm getting tired of asking the chat.

Stalling on withdrawals for weeks

I signed up Gslot and sent my documents and waited to get an email from them to confirm my verification My number 1 rule is not to play with any online casinos unless verified and an email stating this totally verified So I dep with them won 400 and cahed out no issue got it after 4 days then dep again won on the 13 of April 4000 cashed out it was rejected send a selfie of myself and they approved it Keep in mind I had already cashed out before but still sent them 20 pictures of selfie until they said its approved now 22 days later I still have yet to see my withdrawal when I look into my account its showing there under pending has not been processed just been sitting there since the 13 of April I have been given the run around the first shcat conversations I trusted that when they said it was being processed i really believed them but that went on for 22 days Please please help me I booked a vacation for my grandsons birthday His father died I really never imagined I would have to cancel it he was so happy he is only 9 years old and now he is s sad that we cannot go I really never thought after 22 days I would not see the winnings.
