Don't get my deposit


On Friday, November 21st, I made a deposit via EcoPayz of 30 euros with the bonus code DRAGON100.
My account was not credited with the money. Ecopayz contacted N1 Ltd. and had N1 Ltd. assured that the money had been credited to my player account. Unfortunately it's a lie as my deposit is still in "pending" mode and nothing has changed since then. A week has already passed and I am still waiting for my money. The support from GSlot is terrible and cannot provide any information.

We are really sorry for the inconveniences caused! However, there were some technical delays with the deposits via EcoPayz. Do not worry, we are doing our best to make the deposits immediate and solve the issues.

We are happy to inform the player, that his deposit of 30 EUR was successfully credited to his gaming account - November 26, 2020 10:27. Regarding the bonus(DRAGO50), it is not available anymore, as it was valid only 2 days. Although, we contacted MASKENTIER2 via email and offered 3 different alternatives, he just needs to answer, choose one and enjoy it:).

Stalling on withdrawals for weeks

I signed up Gslot and sent my documents and waited to get an email from them to confirm my verification My number 1 rule is not to play with any online casinos unless verified and an email stating this totally verified So I dep with them won 400 and cahed out no issue got it after 4 days then dep again won on the 13 of April 4000 cashed out it was rejected send a selfie of myself and they approved it Keep in mind I had already cashed out before but still sent them 20 pictures of selfie until they said its approved now 22 days later I still have yet to see my withdrawal when I look into my account its showing there under pending has not been processed just been sitting there since the 13 of April I have been given the run around the first shcat conversations I trusted that when they said it was being processed i really believed them but that went on for 22 days Please please help me I booked a vacation for my grandsons birthday His father died I really never imagined I would have to cancel it he was so happy he is only 9 years old and now he is s sad that we cannot go I really never thought after 22 days I would not see the winnings.
