Grande Vegas Casino - Unjustly declined my winning $250 where I am verified player by them

Dear Askgamblers team, I had created an account with Grande Vegas Casino 2 weeks ago. I got no deposit bonus $50 by them for play into casino slots only. So, I played several slots for very long time and my balances went to $500+ when I was playing. But suddenly my balances capped into $250 which is the maximum amount I can withdraw as support advised me and requested to send them my verification documents. So, I had sent them all requested documents and after couple of days I got a reply from casino where they advised me that I am verified player and requested to make withdraw my winning $250. Then I had requested withdraw $250 which is maximum amount I can withdraw from casino. Later on, I got a strange reply from them that I have duplicate account and my winning had been voided!

They certainly lied with me because I never played before into Grande Vegas Casino and I never created duplicate account with them. Think about it " If I have had duplicate account with them then they never make me fully verified player". Moreover, I had sent email to them with details explanation which they had ignored and never replied to my email to them. I still now getting good promo offer every single day. So, dear Askgamblers, kindly I need your help if you can for me to sort out this strange trouble. I can send them my photo holding my passport to make it prove that I am genuine player and I never created any duplicate account with them. Thank you.

I had sent them emails but got no reply from them. It seems they are avoiding me and my emails. Well, It is clearly proven that they don't want to pay my winning. After requested to send my documents by them, I had sent my documents on same day,How come they said that I have multiple accounts? If I really created multiple accounts then they never verified me and my documents. I want to know from them, if they don't pay winnings to player then why they offer no deposit bonus? Why they harassment to players? So, if they found multiple accounts created by myself then I request them to send all documents/evidences to askgamblers forum. I am now waiting for their reply.
